Ten year old boy in critical condition after hit by car in Pasco, family retains Bishop Legal

Ten-year-old Eunel Gomez was seriously injured on June 21st in Pasco, WA. The Gomez Family has retained Bishop Legal to represent their minor child in possible legal action. The accident took place at about 5:40pm at intersection of 15th Ave & W Lewis. Ten-year-old Eunel Ramos-Gomez was crossing West Lewis Street on his bike on the corner of 15th Avenue.

According to first reports, two vehicles were driving Eastbound toward Gomez. The driver of a van in the inside lane saw him and stopped to let him cross, but the driver of a sedan in the outside lane did not. Gomez was hit at about 30-miles-per hour, according to media reports. Ten year old Eunel was air evacuated to Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane for emergency brain surgery. This incident is under investigation now.
